The last public launch of the year is behind and it was an excellent launch overall.  

Weather was iffy and we did get quite a bit of wind. Promised rain/showers never eventuated. So we launched rockets !!!

Crowd was around 300+ so quite managable. We had a small scout group in attendance also. 

Special congrats go to Leigh for his successful L1 and Ben G for his L2, well done guys indeed ! 

Wind made the recovery trips longer than usual, which I can personally vouch for after the Ariel I211 launch. Thank's so much Alex for all your help in recovery and set up's. 

Many excellent flights took place. One specially sad moment was seeing Dean's brand new AMRAAM 4 hit dirt at full speed from above. Real sorry to see that happen. 

Special thank's to Brendan running the BBQ !! It takes a lot of work setting it all up and again taking it down. It is much appreciated mate ! 

Thank's to members who stayed back to help pack everything into the trailer afterwards. It is a group effort.
